PRESENTATION EVENING
This year's presentation evening will take place in the Tony Hopper Bar after the final game on the 25th of April. Doors open at 7:00 PM with free entry. If you would like to eat, £10 meal tickets will be available to purchase at the bar for hot food provided by The Log Cabin. The awards presentation will follow at approximately 7:45 PM. We look forward to seeing you there!

Non League Day March 28th
This Saturday March 28th we have another massive home fixture at Borough Park and to top it all it's Non League Day too so we've got some great offers. It's our usual Grassroots Football Day as we celebrate everything that is great about the local youth football scene in Cumbria. We encourage all Youth players across the County to come in their Grassroots club colours and if you do the adults in your party will pay only £10 each. As usual all under 16s are free. Jeff laid to rest

The semi final draw for the Cumberland Cup has presented Reds with an away tie at Westmorland League outfit, Kirkoswald.

Reds were still coming to terms with life in the Northern Premier League in the late seventies and supporters, having adapted from following a struggling Fourth Division team, were now welcoming some famous non-league teams to west Cumbria.

NPL chairman, Mark Harris, was on the guest list for the Ilkeston Town game and was accompanied by his Isthmian League counterpart part, Nick Robinson, and his wife, Andrea.

It is twelve months since we lost our good friend Gary Messenger, who will always be remembered by the Workington Reds family.


BOROUGH PARK MEMORIES: The Football League Cup
During our time as a Football League club, we experienced some wonderful matches in the Football League Cup. Over seventeen seasons, we established a fine reputation as cup fighters - emerging as giant killers on numerous occasions, holding First Division opposition three times and actually knocking out a top flight opponent in a replay on their own ground.
