Family and friends turned out in force to say a fond farewell to Trevor Price who died on 6th July at the age of 80.
The former Workington, Netherfield and Haig Colliery footballer passed away earlier this month following a spell in hospital.
Family members read out poems and tributes at the service, held at Distington Hall Crematorium, which was conducted by Celebrant, Will Tillotson.
Work mates, friends and a strong contingent from the local football fraternity joined family members to say goodbye to a very popular man.
