Volunteer Content Creator – Reds All Access

Workington AFC are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our media team on a volunteer basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a media student, aspiring filmmaker, or content creator looking to build their experience and portfolio within a real football environment.

You’ll be part of the team that produces Reds All Access — our behind-the-scenes YouTube series giving supporters a closer look at life inside the club.

What you’ll do:

Attend at least one training session per week to film behind-the-scenes content

• Be available on match days (Saturdays and occasional Tuesdays) to capture build-up, reactions, and post-match footage

• Collaborate with the club’s media team to create engaging and professional video content

• Contribute ideas and help develop the storytelling side of our series

What we’re looking for:

Someone creative, reliable, and enthusiastic about football and storytelling

• Basic filming and editing knowledge (own equipment a bonus but not essential)

• A willingness to learn and work as part of a small, dedicated team

What you’ll gain:
