MATCHDAY INFORMATION

  • 2 min read

Ahead of Saturday's final game at Borough Park we'd like to share some additional information which will hopefully help you enjoy the afternoon even more.

The turnstiles, including 2 extra gates will open from 1pm. Please follow Stewards instructions on arrival.

Please arrive early. We have our ex players parade at 2:30pm and we don't want anyone to miss that.

Parking will be very limited, Allerdale House car park is pay and display!

We expect our food and drink outlets to be very busy. We have added extra catering facilities on the Derwent End please support them. Hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages are available from the Can Cart and the Derwent Cabin as well as the Tony Hopper Bar.

We want Saturday to be a day of celebration, not only of the ground but also of the magnificent achievement from Billy, the players and the staff in securing survival ahead of this game.

Get behind them from minute one and let's make this a game that lives long in the memory.

Whatever the result, at the end of the game the players will leave the field briefly before returning to thank you all for your amazing support this season.

PLEASE STAY OFF THE PITCH AT THE FINAL WHISTLE.

If this doesn't happen we won't be able to give the players that opportunity.

Once that is complete everyone is welcome to join us in The Tony Hopper Bar after the match and children will be more than welcome to play on the pitch under your supervision. The club will leave some footballs available.

Just a few timely reminders to end on:

  • Pyrotechnics of any kind are prohibited within football stadia anyone found with them will be removed from the ground.

  • No alcohol can be brought into the ground.

  • Please do not remove any fixtures or fittings from Borough Park as souvenirs on the day. It is the property of the club and when we are ready we will give you the opportunity to own a little piece of the ground should you wish.

  • Finally please follow the directions of the stewards, they are there to help and please treat our amazing staff and volunteers with respect at all times. They are fans too!

One final request from us. Please, please have a fantastic day celebrating our amazing club, it's history and looking forward to a brilliant future on and off the pitch. Thank you. COME ON YOU REDS
