Easter Fun Day

Tying in with our Easter Monday match with Atherton Collieries the club will be hosting its first Community Fun Day. A day of football and entertainment for all the local community.

Our amazing partners at Cloud Competitions have made it possible for us to offer 500 FREE match tickets available to family groups who want to sample a Bank Holiday Reds game, possibly for the first time.

These will be available from the club office from Monday 18th March onwards between 10am and 1pm weekdays on a first come first served basis. All you need to do is call in and bring some proof of ID with you.

The day will kick off at 10.30am with our Under 8s Mini Soccer Festival, giving Cumbria’s newest young footballers the chance to sample playing at Borough Park.

There will be live music in the Tony Hopper bar from 1pm until 2.45pm from talented young guitar vocalist Jackson Jane as we build up to kick off at 3pm.

After the big game we will have more live music in the Tony Hopper bar with the brilliant Kristina taking to the stage. Whilst back on the pitch we’ll be finishing with a more informal kick about for our younger fans.

There will also be face painting, ice cream van and a Prosecco bar if that’s your preferred tipple and maybe a few special guest appearances during the day. Our cafe will be open all day with our usual bars opening at 1pm.
