Workington AFC – 2025/26 B2B Corporate Sponsorship Draw
​Official Terms and Conditions
​1. The Promoter
The promoter is Workington AFC (the "Club"), Borough Park, Workington, Cumbria.
​2. Entry Eligibility

​Entry is open to all UK-registered businesses, sole traders, and community organisations.

​Individuals may enter on behalf of a business, provided they have the authority to commit that business to a sponsorship agreement.
​3. Cost of Entry

​The entry fee is £200 per entry. Or £500 for 3 entries

​Multiple entries per business are permitted.

​Payment must be made in full via [BACS/Online Portal/Cheque] by [21st May 2026]. Entries are not valid until funds have cleared. Max no of entries per business is 3
​4. The Prize(s)

​First Prize: Club Community Partnership 26/27

​Second Prize: Club YouTube and Podcast Sponsorship 26/27

​Third Prize: Shorts Sponsor 26/27 (3 kits).

​Guaranteed Value: Every entrant, regardless of the draw outcome, will receive [e.g., 2x Match Tickets and a listing iin the new online Club B2B Trade Directory.
​5. Branding & Production

​The winner must provide a high-resolution digital copy of their logo (Vector/EPS format preferred) within 7 days of the draw.

​The Club reserves the right to approve the logo for suitability (size, colour contrast, and content) in accordance with League regulations.

​The cost of printing/applying the logo to the kit is covered by the Club.
​6. The Draw Process

​The draw will take place on 29th May 2026 at 7:30pm at [Insert Location].

​Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

​The draw will be witnessed by an independent party or live-streamed to ensure transparency.
​7. Refunds and Cancellations

​Once an entry fee is paid, it is non-refundable as the "Guaranteed Value" (tickets/marketing) is assigned upon entry.

​In the unlikely event that the draw is cancelled by the Club, all entry fees will be refunded in full.
​8. Publicity

​By entering, businesses agree to participate in reasonable publicity (photos, social media announcements, and press releases) related to the draw and the club’s sponsorship activities.
​9. Limitation of Liability
-
​The Club is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent an entry from being submitted or for any loss of branding exposure due to unforeseen league cancellations or TV broadcast restrictions.
