PRE-SEASON: Reds to take on two more friendlies

We are delighted to announce two more friendly fixtures as part of our pre-season programme.

The first-team will take on Carlisle United at Borough Park on Saturday, August 15 and Whitehaven AFC at the County Ground on Tuesday, August 18.

Both matches are currently scheduled as behind closed doors.

We are looking forward to welcoming Gavin Skelton and co. back to Borough Park before our meeting with fellow West-Coasters four days later.

Those additions mean our calendar currently looks like:

• Carlisle City [A] – Tuesday, August 4
• Penrith AFC [A] – Saturday, August 8
• Carlisle United [H] – Saturday, August 15
• Whitehaven [A] – Tuesday, August 18
• Lancaster City [H] – Saturday, September 5
