Post lockdown reunion
Reds players chose the coldest night to come out of lockdown and take part in their first get together since the end of October.
At two separate venues, the senior and Development squads held their first communal sessions for over a month as they await the restart of their respect league programmes.
The first team will ease back into action at Nantwich Town on Tuesday, playing the delayed FA Trophy tie, but the league programme will be paused for a further fortnight at least.

The Development Squad were hoping to resume their County League programme this weekend but they are unlikely to restart now until the New Year.
Danny Grainger and Steven Rudd supervised the first team at Penrith where twenty players were reacquainted for the first time since the Trophy match at Glossop on the last day of October.
Meanwhile, Brian Dawson and Craig Johnston held a session at Lakes College for sixteen members of their squad who have also been left to their own devices throughout November.

Injured first team trio, Scott Allison, Reuben Jerome and Dan Wordsworth weren’t involved in the full session, working instead with the physiotherapists doing some rehab and less demanding running. The rest of the senior squad looked in good shape on the 4G surface at Penrith RUFC.
