LIAM LIGHTFOOT (defender)

Came through the ranks at Carlisle United but introduced to the NPL via a loan spell at Kendal Town.  Signed for the Reds last season but endured a frustrating campaign because of injury.  Scored his first goal for the club in pre-season.
