PLAYER UPDATE: The skipper commits to another year….

We are today delighted to announce that Conor Tinnion is staying at Workington Reds next season following discussions with the manager.

Tinnion commented, “I’m really happy to have re-signed for next year. It was obviously a very disappointing end to the season but I am really excited to have the manager back and looking forward to getting started next season. We will be be looking to pick up where we left off with Danny and go one more step closer to our aim.”

Danny Grainger added, “I’m over the moon to have Conor here for another season, he was chosen as captain for a reason in my first spell and I’m sure he will continue to show the drive, determination and set the standards that we expect to have a successful season.”
