PLAYER UPDATE: Dan Wordsworth stays a Red

We are delighted that we can announce Dan Wordsworth will be staying at Workington Reds for another Campaign.

Dan added, “As soon as I heard Danny was back, I knew I wanted to sign for another season.

I’m looking forward to getting in to pre-season and hopefully getting that promotion the staff/team deserve.”

Danny Grainger commented, “To have not just players but people like Goose committed to the club and the team is a huge boost to everyone involved.

He has great leadership qualities and is a passionate player who is desperate to win and those are they type of players we need this season and I’m over the moon to be able to get Goose on board again.”
