PLAYER SIGNING: Reilly is a Red

We are delighted that we can announce that our first summer signing is former Chorley and Marine striker, 23 year old Lewis Reilly.

Reilly commented, “I cannot wait to get started. Speaking with the gaffer and Steven about the plans for next season, it’s gonna be an exciting time at Workington. The fan base as I have seen last year are a passionate lot and I’m confident we can deliver that extra step for them this season and get into the NPL.”

Danny Grainger commented, “I am over the moon to be able to get Lewis to join us at the Reds. He is a fantastic player and someone that wants to come and be part of the club and help us achieve our goals.

We have fought off competition for his signature which speaks highly of the club and what we are trying to do.”
