PLAYER SIGNING: Kitt Nelson

Reds manager Danny Grainger has brought in 18-year-old midfielder Kitt Nelson on a youth loan from Preston North End.

Kitt Nelson was a huge contributor to North End U19s’ double-winning 2021/22 campaign.

The midfielder has been with the club since the U9 level and was rewarded with a scholarship in the summer of 2021.

Starting on the bench against FC United of Manchester, Nelson came on in the second half and secured victory for the Reds with the winning goal on 77 minutes.
