A look through the archives to see what was happening to Reds on the 12th November in recent years………….

Delving even further back, Workington suffered a 5-1 Third Division (North) hammering at Accrington Stanley in 1955 – the heaviest defeat during Bill Shankly’s reign at Borough Park! Ernie Whittle netted our consolation goal that day, his fifteenth of a productive personal campaign.
