MATCH PREVIEWS: Lads and Lasses
The first team has no game this week-end but St. Benedict’s School, Whitehaven will host two Workington Reds fixtures.
Today (1330), the Development Squad will host Pirelli in the County League’s Conway Cup semi-final, then Workington Reds Ladies take on Sir Tom Finney FC Women tomorrow (1400) on the 4G facility.
The Development Squad drew 2-2 with Pirelli in the league meeting earlier this season whilst the Ladies, still to appoint a new manager, will be hoping to consolidate 3rd position with a win against the Preston outfit.
There is plenty of parking at the school campus but warm, waterproof clothing is a must due to the lack of shelter pitch-side.
