Home start for Reds

Workington will kick off their 36^th season of Northern Premier League football with a home match versus Mossley, the opening fixture scheduled for Saturday 13^th August. Their first away game will be at Prescot Cables the following Tuesday.

The first Saturday away game will be against relegated Witton Albion on 27th August with the eagerly awaited trip to Macclesfield on the 8^th October.

The Bank Holiday fixtures will be against Clitheroe (home 29 August, away 2 January) and Kidsgrove Athletic (home 26 December, away 10 April).

The return fixture v. title favourites, Macclesfield will be at Borough Park on the last Saturday in February whilst the first ever clashes against Hanley Town will be in the Potteries in October and Cumbria in early March.

Reds will wrap up the season by hosting Colne.
