CONTRACT: Little extends life at Borough Park
Workington AFC are delighted to announce that defender Jordan Little has re-signed with the Club ahead of next season.
Little, one of many local lads the squad, arrived in October and has proven a reliable centre-back whenever called upon throughout his time with us so far.
A no-nonsense rock, the upcoming term will give the former Penrith and Cleator Moor Celtic man a chance to earn a starting spot.
Speaking over the phone, Little said: “I’m really happy to re-sign for Reds for another year.
“I can’t wait for the season to start and I’m looking forward to have another year with the lads.
“Hopefully, we can gain promotion.”
Despite not knowing exactly when the 2020-21 term will get underway, manager Danny Grainger and assistant Steven Rudd have been working on recruitment to build on the last campaign’s table-topping effort.
Keep an eye on our social media pages over the coming weeks to hear the latest squad updates.
