CONTRACT: Hubbold heading nowhere for 21/22

We are delighted to announce that midfielder Brad Hubbold has re-signed with the club for the 2021/22 season.

Hubbold, 27, has made 60 starts since arriving in 2018 and been a staple of Danny Grainger’s midfield in the past two curtailed seasons.

Speaking about sealing the deal over the phone on Saturday, Hubbold said: “I was over the moon to get the phone call from Danny, just to know that he wanted me on his plans.

“Like most lads have said, it’s a bonus to get it done early.”

Gaffer Grainger commented: “Hubbold’s his own biggest critic.

“I think a lot of him; he’s creative, carries the ball well, passes it well, scores goals and he’s massive asset to the club and the team.”
