CONTRACT: Carroll commits to another campaign
Workington AFC are delighted to announce that Brad Carroll has committed to another campaign at Borough Park by re-signing with the Club.
Vice-captain Carroll, 23, arrived in December 2018 during our relegation term and has largely been an ever-present in the starting XI since.
Scoring his first senior hat-trick at former club Kendal Town in February was the highlight of an impressive season and the period he won Player of the Month in.
Speaking over the phone, Carroll said: “I’ve spoken to Danny a bit over the last couple of months since the game at Tadcaster.
“It was an easy decision to stay in the end, especially after the way the season had ended.

“I’m looking forward to getting the season started again – whenever that may be – and also pre-season, strangely enough!
“Hopefully, we can start the season off the way we finished the last and go out to show what a fantastic group we are.
“Not forgetting the incredible RISC, too! I’m delighted to be signing for another year.”
Despite not knowing exactly when the 2020-21 term will get underway, manager Danny Grainger and assistant Steven Rudd have been working on recruitment to build on the last campaign’s table-topping effort.
