Borough Park Big Clean-up Day

Volunteers required for this Saturday

As the excitement towards the new season mounts, Borough Park is looking very tired and is in desperate need of more than a little TLC and your help will make a difference.

With the uncertainty of the New Community Stadium project, affecting if we stay or leave Borough Park, the club’s summer work programme has suffered major delays.

This year has also been a real challenge financially and we need to catch up on the essential works, keeping the costs to a minimum by using volunteers, whenever and wherever we can.

We need help with an endless list of jobs – cleaning, painting (internal and external), joinery, weeding and jet washing to name but a few.

We have set aside this Saturday, 20 July, for our Big Clean-Up.  Work will be carried out between 9.30am to 5.30pm.

You don’t have to volunteer for the full day and any help between those times would be simply fantastic.  Individuals, family or business teams are all welcome, including skilled trades

Free refreshments and cake, with complimentary match tickets to Reds’ upcoming home games, will be provided.  If you would like to help, please get in touch by emailing: volunteer@workingtonafc.com so we know how many we can expect (and feed).

We look forward to seeing you this Saturday.
