ADDITIONAL PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY ANNOUNCED

The Reds have arranged a pre-season friendly against Scottish League Two side Dumbarton.

The fixture is scheduled for Tuesday 5th July with a 7:45pm kick off.

Dumbarton suffered relegation to Scottish League 2 at the end of last season and were replaced in League 1 by Edinburgh City who won promotion to Scottish League 1 for the first time.

Assistant manager Steven Rudd commented, “The Dumbarton game will be a very good test against a quality Scottish team. It will be good to have some variety in pre-season and to play against new opponents.

Also, their season starts earlier than ours, they will be slightly ahead fitness wise and consequently it will be a good test for us.”
