CLUB NEWS: Tom Robson

The club is sorry to learn of the passing of former director, Tom Robson, who died recently at the age of 80.

Tom was appointed to the Board as an associate director in 1987 and also took over the role of secretary two years later.  He became a full member of the Board and worked alongside numerous managers during his twelve years as a club official.  He stepped down in 1999.

His latter working days were spent at Chambers in the town.

The funeral service will be held next week.

We send our condolences to his wife Dorothy and their family and friends.

• Former Reds’ Reserves player and supporter, Ken White, also passed away recently and we extend our sympathy to his family too.
