D day

By Paul Armstrong

A month into the role of manager, Danny Grainger has confirmed his own status by signing a twelve month contract with the club.

He has been very busy during his first few weeks, concentrating on rebuilding the playing squad and arranging the pre-season training and match schedule.

But, before going on a well deserved family holiday, Danny put pen to paper on a deal with the option of an extra year.

And on his return, the squad will report back for training with Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday sessions planned before the pre-season friendlies get underway.

The League AGM is scheduled for next Saturday where Reds’ opponents for the 2019-20 campaign will be ratified.
